SELECT PRODUCT
From the main menu website, you can navigate our products by CATEGORIES or by COLLECTIONS.

ADD TO CART
After finding your desired product, click "ADD TO CART" to put it into the shopping cart.
Do not forget to first determine the size and quantity.
You can choose to CONTINUE SHOPPING for another product and combine them in your shopping cart.

REVIEW YOUR CART
To check the contents of your shopping cart, click the cart at the top right corner of the website. Click "VIEW CART" to verify.
If you want to revise or remove some items, you can edit your shopping cart.
If you have finished shopping, click "CHECKOUT" to finalize your order and proceed to CHECKOUT process.

FILL YOUR DETAILS
First step in checkout process is choose the CHECKOUT OPTIONS.
If you already have an account before, please login by entering your email and password.
If you have not yet created an account, you can choose to "REGISTER ACCOUNT" or "GUEST CHECKOUT".
We recommend you to register an account so the next shopping process can be faster and you can check your purchase history.
Fill in your DELIVERY DETAILS completely and correctly.
Continue the step, and the DELIVERY METHOD or shipping fee (JNE) will appear based on your address.
In the PAYMENT METHOD step, select bank transfer method (BCA or Bank Mandiri).
In the end, the details of the fees charged (total product and shipping fee) and BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER to TRANSFER will be shown.

CONFIRM ORDER
Review the list of items that you have selected to purchase on CONFIRM ORDER step.
Click "CONFIRM ORDER" and the CHECKOUT process has been COMPLETED.

CONFIRM PAYMENT BY SMS
After successfull checkout process, we will verify your data and the product status.
We will send you SMS about your order status (in SHOP HOURS only)*, and then you can TRANSFER the money.
If you don't receive the SMS within 30 minutes, please contact us on +62 853 2038 8838 or +62 22 9211 2511.
You have 24 HOURS (1 DAY) to pay and confirm your payment. Beyond that, we will not preserve your items.
After transferring the money, you must NOTIFY us via SMS by mentioning YOUR NAME, YOUR BANK ACCOUNT, AMOUNT OF MONEY, and the ORDER NUMBER or PRODUCT CODE.

SHIPMENT
After we receive your payment confirmation, we will check your payment and ship your product.
Latest delivery time is on 15:00 WIB (Mon - Fri), and 13:00 WIB (Sat - Sun, or National Holiday). Payment confirmation after those hours will be processed on the next day.
